Items Processing: Performance Management has been revised as part of Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s ongoing commitment to providing the most up-to-date and pertinent financial services information to the global financial industry.

Efficiency in Items Processing has a greater impact on the bank’s bottom line than any other area within the bank.
Items Processing: Performance Management, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, teaches managers and supervisors the tools needed to manage their operations staff. It covers the challenges of check processing, electronic check processing, statement processing and all other aspects of processing that your bank may encounter. Students will also learn how to read and analyze performance reports and to become familiar with items processing standards and strategies for maximizing employee performance. Items Processing: Performance Management contains interactive activities, illustrative scenarios and case studies to reinforce the skills and techniques needed to be an outstanding, motivational leader in operations.

New York, NY, October 06, 2010 — Edcomm Banker’s Academy has recently launched its Credit Union Ethics training program for individuals looking to begin or advance their career in the financial services industry. The same great program that has already been used by thousands of credit unions, Ethics: Code of Conduct for Credit Unions provides individuals with the knowledge, skills and certification needed to reduce the risk of costly litigation and corporate image damage.

Recent scandals have led to requirements for ethical responsibility and accountability in the financial services industry. Unethical conduct can tarnish the credit union’s reputation, cost the credit union money, and destroy the careers and lives of those involved. Those convicted of recent scandals have been sentenced to significant jail time and forced to pay stiff penalties.

Ethics: Code of Conduct for Credit Unions, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, communicates the laws, policies and procedures that govern every action of every employee at the credit union. Ethics: Code of Conduct for Credit Unions provides comprehensive online Code of Conduct training for all credit union staff, from the executive team to entry-level employees. It informs participants about what is and is not considered acceptable business behavior, and what is expected of all credit union employees. Ethics: Code of Conduct for Credit Unions provides the legal policies that affect all employees, while underscoring the ethical responsibilities of each individual employee to the credit union. Upon completion of the program students will receive a Banker’s Academy Ethics Certification (BACOCCUC) to help advance their career in today’s banking industry.

New York, NY, October 08, 2010 — Edcomm Banker’s Academy has recently launched its Money Services Business (MSB) Ethics training program for individuals looking to begin or advance their career in the financial services industry. The same great program that has already been used by thousands of MSBs, Ethics: Code of Conduct for MSBs provides individuals with the knowledge, skills and certification needed to reduce the risk of costly litigation and corporate image damage.

Recent scandals have led to requirements for ethical responsibility and accountability in the financial services industry. Unethical conduct can tarnish the MSB’s reputation, cost the MSB money and destroy the careers and lives of those involved. Those convicted of recent scandals have been sentenced to significant jail time and forced to pay stiff penalties.

Ethics: Code of Conduct for MSBs, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, communicates the laws, policies and procedures that govern every action of every employee at the MSB. Ethics: Code of Conduct for MSBs provides comprehensive online Code of Conduct training for all MSB staff, from the executive team to entry-level employees. It informs participants about what is and is not considered acceptable business behavior, and what is expected of all MSB employees. Ethics: Code of Conduct for MSBs provides the legal policies that affect all employees, while underscoring the ethical responsibilities of each individual employee to the MSB. Upon completion of the program students will receive a Banker’s Academy Ethics Certification (BACOCMSBC) to help advance their career in today’s banking industry.

Notes on Perseverance, Wingmanship and Social Calibration:

I was having an interesting conversation with my wingman yesterday while stuffing our faces with awesome lamb chops… It is a good thing that my up-bringing kept my mouth shut while eating, thanks mum and dad… OK, yeah the conversation, hmm…

I always said that perseverance is very significant when it comes to life in general and gaming in particular. You cannot give up when you hit barriers regardless how big they may be. Following paragraph sums what I want to say in essence (credit to Stallone in Rocky):

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!

Everyone has off days. Some days whatever you do may not work, because you are not congruent (you feel down, but putting up a charade of a happy bunny; you don’t really like her but talking to her for the sake of doing it and telling her that you like her, etc.) or you hit targets that simply are not available. It happens and it is just normal. Important thing is perseverance…

Two weeks ago, I and my wingman set up a challenge for ourselves as to who was going to get more same night lays. On the first night, wherever we hit was just either barren or lacking our type of women. After 3 hours and 5 bars, we looked at each other and quickly debated whether to quit the quest for the day. We decided to give it another hour. In the next bar, there were only hired guns (barmaids in this case) we genuinely liked. Dealing with their bitch-shields was so amusing. They brightened our mood! (Note: glass is half full attitude is very important for gaming my fellow PUA) We saw two women we liked and we began walking up to them. All of a sudden, my ‘radar’ picked up two other women who seemed more inclined for same night lay. I opened with something I call ‘sex shark’ technique. An hour later, we were making out and then half hour after that we closed the deal. I may write a Lay Report one of these days. The reason I wrote about this experience is totally different however.

Let’s look at the paragraph again.
My wingman and I keep pushing each other with challenges. We do not let a comfort zone to be established and keep encouraging each other to take a step further into unknown
Keep going and trying in the face of lack of opportunities, and difficulties
Dealing with situations (bitch shields, etc) in a way to amuse yourself, this is all about having fun at the end of day
Further on the last note, if your vibe centered on yourself rather than on the outcome of your interactions, when the opportunity present itself you can rise up to the challenge and ‘win’ it
Pay more attention to signs women sending out, do not be self-absorbed. Observe what’s going on around you and socially calibrate to resonate with your environment
Last week, my wingman had one of these ‘off-days’. He saw a girl he really liked, we approached them. His opening was so bad, I burst into laughter, women were like “Okayyy, bye!”. We were laughing our head off but I made sure we kept on going. Following approaches got better and better. In the last venue, we saw two nice girls sitting on their own, seemed to be waiting for their friends. There were being checked by guys in the bar but no one seemed to be brave or drunk enough to approach them. We discussed briefly who our targets were. My wingman wanted the more attractive one. So he had to open. We went up to them confidently and sit next to them. Half hour later, we moved them to another venue and an hour later to my place.

My wingman decided he really liked the girl so his ‘game’ changed accordingly. I decided that the girl I am talking to is not hot enough for me so I did not sexually escalate. I made a good friend and my wingman found someone he has been looking for, someone he got into gaming for.

Things to pick from this short story:
‘Rejection’ is part of gaming and it helps your game so much (worst case scenario, it makes you laugh real hard)
Do not make assumption like ‘she looks like a bitch’, ‘oh she must be waiting for her boyfriend’. Assumption is the mother of all big fuck ups
Your wingman is more important than any girl you are about to approach. So we before you approach, make sure you know who is going to target who. Otherwise, you may end up blowing yourself off in the set
Socially calibrate your game according to the situation and the your target. Not every girl you are talking to you should hit on sexually. Not every hot girl should be just another target. Know what you want. Otherwise you may lose a special girl for the sake of one night of pleasure
Lead the interaction, make venue changes if you can

Well I won the challenge with 3 same night lays, 2 last minute fuck ups in a week. Yahoo!

Next, I will be writing about approach anxiety and how to make it your best friend.

Peace.

New York, NY, November 23, 2009 — A Pennsylvania Credit Union has chosen Edcomm Banker’s Academy to provide Compliance training for its Credit Union training needs. The Credit Union has also selected Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link®, for hosting and maintenance of Focus on Compliance for Credit Unions.

Focus on Compliance for Credit Unions, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, is a computer-based, distance learning program, which can be delivered via Internet, Intranet or CD. The program teaches compliance using easy-to-understand language in an interactive, self-paced format. Participants learn from their own perspective, with a curriculum customized to their position. Focus on Compliance for Credit Unions covers: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML), USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, Privacy, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Sarbanes-Oxley, Reg CC, Check 21, Reg E, Truth in Lending, FCRA, FACT Act, ECOA, Fair Lending, HMDA and Bank Bribery, among others. The program also includes a quick reference guide to all regulations and a searchable glossary of terms.

Testing, tracking, administration, reports and certification are easily accomplished through Learning Link®, Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s full-featured LMS, which has an open architecture that builds on industry-standard SCORM and AICC compliance, but adds features and capabilities far beyond any competing products. Learning Link® maintains a complete record of every learning and administrative activity and offers a wide variety of customizable, real-time reports available both onscreen and in CSV formats for download and integration into any HR system. Learning Link’s servers have been issued a SAS-70 attesting to the quality of their security, business continuity and performance.
