Following on from Lord Carter’s final Digital Britain report released today, Jayne Nickalls, CEO of Directgov said:

Directgov currently achieves up to 18 million visits a month, with links to more than 240 services in all 351 local authorities throughout the UK.
Directgov was founded five years ago and is celebrating its 5th anniversary. Directgov includes information on employment rights and job searching, finances and benefits as well as travel and motoring.
